I need help, lots and lots of help. xDD

Alright, I need some help finding someone to cosplay. My mom wants to go with me to AWA next year and she REALLY wants to cosplay. She doesn't really care who, they just have to have somewhat long blonde hair and Blue eyes. I told her either Rangiku Matsumoto or Tsunade, bleach would be better since I want to go to as Luppi. xD She took it upon herself to look, but came up with three character's from a Hentei video game. - . - She is no longer aloud to use google. xD She liked Rangiku Matsumoto and Hevn from Getbackers. I just want to make sure there's no one else out there. xD
